i was looking at their site and they had a hotel i was considering and they are 10.00 less then booking directly through the hotel. do you think closer to december the rates will go down if there is availabililty?

Dreams Unlimited will continue to watch for discounts for you and will adjust your reservation if special rates are announced. They describe it on their website. They will also apply any additional discounts that you may become aware of if you e-mail them and ask them. I just got a postcard in the mail and e-mailed my agent (Tricia who is great!) and she had the postcard rate applied to my reservation immediately.

They will also make all your PS for you if you want. Most people on the DIS boards have been very happy with DU. You can do a search to see past messages (search for both Dreams Unlimited and DU). I've read very good things about them. This is my first time using them.

I have used DU the last 4 trips that I've taken. I usually don't use travel agents for my other trips, but DU is WONDERFUL for a Disney trip.
