1-800-BeAStar is Universal Vacations and is not really connected to Loew's. We booked through them because we booked a package that included our flights, and park tickets and transportaion to and from the airport. If you're just booking the room, call Loew's.

was it cheaper for you to book everything together or is it better to do it seperately

Actually, in our case it did work out a bit cheaper to book the package. If you have more than two people, the package usually costs more than doing it on your own. The people at 1-800-BeAStar were very nice--well with the exception of one guy who said he couldn't give me the FAN club discount. I just called back and talked to someone else and got it. It was just so easy to call one number and ahve them get our flights, tickets, transporation, etc.

Loews will not charge the deposit - I have booked with them before on-line. Once I did book with 1-800-Be a star and the deposit was charged within 2 days.

Well, I don't know who you spoke to, but I booked a package with them for this past July.I have booked packages with them in past years also. When they give the voice mail options, I believe option 3 is for packages.
