Hi,
The website is www.connections123.com. As of last year, you can buy hopper PLUS passes for 15% off. The fee is $80 a year, but they sometimes have free 30 day trials. I'm a member and also receive 20% back on KB Kids, Toys R Us, Blockbuster etc.
Good Luck

Connections is an internet discount site where you can order tickets to WDW, Universal, Sea World at a discounted price, in addition to gift certificates at chain retail stores (Blockbuster, Barnes & Noble, Red Lobster) and discounted movie tickets ($4.50). Most g.c. purchases are discounted via rebates. e.g., if you buy a $50 gift certificate to Barnes&Noble, Connections will credit x number of dollars (generally 10- 20% of the g.c. price) back to the credit card you used to purchase the g.c. with.
It is a subscription-based service, meaning you have to become a member in order to order these items. However, there is a 30-day trial period. If you cancel (even after ordering tickets and gift certificates) within the 30 days you won't be charged for the annual membership, which is currently ~$80.
Happy Bargain Hunting!
