Disnney timeshare resales

Hello,
Having just returned from our annual trip to Florida I got to thinking about Disney timeshare and in particular resales. Can anyone advise me of a website offering them?

There's a link to The Timeshare Store at the top of the main DVC board. There is also another broker mentioned at the bottom of this (http://allearsnet.com/acc/dvc.htm) page.

We bought ours from Jaki at www.atimeshare.com, it all went smoothly.

We have just closed on a resale through The Timeshare Store. It was easy. They sent us a contract to sign which you sent back with a deposit. Once DVC have passed Right of first Refusal {took about five weeks} you are then sent the closing documents which you return with the balance of payment.
What you need to remember is that although you will see resales at $65 - $75 dollars you need to factor in about $400 for closing costs. Your Bank will probably charge for raising a cheque in US$ {twice} and the cost of sending those cheques to the US {twice}.
There will also quite often be outstanding annual dues on Resales.
Although Disney are only officially selling Saratoga springs at I think $95/point they had Boardwalk Villas available in limited supply at $84/point. That price is all in and you can pay by Credit Card so no messing around with Transactions {Timeshare Store will only take a cheque or bank transfer}
Our only regret is that we did'nt buy sooner and more points !
