DFW - 75 Mickeys Meet - Let's pick a place

We have a poll to pick the date (http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=607702) now let's pick a place.

We can meet at a restaurant at the Gaylord. It might be a little on the expensive side but there are some casual spots that look nice. Gaylord Texan (http://www.gaylordhotels.com/gaylordtexan/dining/dining.cfm)

Parking at the Gaylord is $7, if we want to meet at Grapevine mills food court and then carpool to the Gaylord we can do that.

Maybe a tailgate party at the Gaylord? Think they'd mind if we brought the grill and made ourselves at home in the parking log??

We could meet at Texan Station- it's a big sports bar with different sections. Some "bar", some "casual dining", and a big area with comfy seating areas.

There's also a coffee shop (think big Starbucks) that's not listed in the eateries, but that may be a more fitting location for us to gather if we're not having a regular meal. There's some seating inside the coffee place as well as "outside" (It's indoors, but feels like you're outside) along the riverwalk.

(Edited to add- the coffee place is Java Coast. It is listed with the dining choices, I just didn't read the whole list... :rolleyes: )

That place Kathy is talking about sounds good to me. I don't want to keep anyone away just because they can't afford to pay $20+ per person for a meal.

Carpooling sounds like a good idea for those who want to save on the parking money.

A tailgate party? Heck, let's all just bring tents and camp out in the parking lot ;). A DIS sleepover :teeth:.

Im for a tailgate party....but then Ill do just about anything.
2nd choice would be the sports bar thing...
