I have heard rumors that he has a restaurant here now. If so where?

It's not at Disney; he has two in Orlando. One is at Universal's Citywalk; the other is in Universal's Royal Pacific - it's called Tchoup Chop. Check out a menu at www.emerils.com.
I've eaten at Emeril's at Citywalk, but not at Tchoup Chop. It was very good, but not, imo, as good as any of his New Orleans eateries.

We've been to Emeril's on Citywalk and it's a great restaurant. Reserve way ahead however - and, they require you to reconfirm by 3:00 PM of the day before your reservation.
I don't know your tastes but I recommend the Oyster Stew and the Andouille-Crusted Texas Redfish.
Another suggestion, arrive early and stop for a margarita at Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville next door. Tip - keep an eye on the volcano!

Six of us ate a Tchoup Chop last May and we all absolutely loved this place. The food, service and decor were outstanding!

Emeril's is good..some things outstanding..some things..need some work..lol. Just like every place, no one will like everything.
We like to do the digustation when we go to Emeril's. One price, specially designed menu..always wonderful.
Tchoup Chop is very good. We have been many times, for lunch and dinner. Atmosphere/decor is excellent. Definately worth the time to eat there.

We have reservations at Tchoup Choup on 8/17. Can anyone who has been there recommend a good place to request seating?
There will be two of us and we would like to have a nice dinner for my bday.
Also, I would appreciate the same info for The Kitchen, California Grill and Brown Derby. (All for two people).
Thanks!!

We ate at Tchoup Chop on July 26 and it was easily the best meal we have had in several years.
Here is my report on it :) http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=615645
Malori ~ we had 3 in our party and were seated around the pond in the middle. It was just beautiful! The seats were cushioned benches with round pillows at our backs and extremely comfortable. We could have fit at least 4 if not 6 at our table with no problem.
