Christmas Cinderella's Castle

I recently bought a light up Christmas Castle. I love it and from what I understand it is first in a series of Disney Christmas houses. Problem is I can't find any information on the series. I don't believe there are others produced yet but I don't know.

Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

If you go to ebay and put in a search for "dept. 56 disney", I think you will find what you are looking for. Apparently Dept 56 had a Disney series that was out for about 2 years and then they retired it. There are 2 antique shops, Minnie and Mickey, Disney people, a fire dept., Tinkerbelle's Treasures, Silversmith shop and a gate. You can also go to www.department56.com (I think that is the correct address), and do a search for Disney in the retired section. Good Luck. Thanks. According to the CM at DD this is a new series. I have seen the Dept 56 but this is not it.

I purchased a lighted castle while there in July--was yours $45.00?? If so, we probably have the same one. No one told us anything about a series, but it would really be nice! It's a very nice piece and sits on top of my china cabinet in the dining room.

My husband bought a Godzilla at the Japan pavillion in Epcot too. He said Godzilla would look funny standing next to my castle.

I, too, luv this Christmas version of the Castle but wish they would put out one with the Disney kiss colors too!

I have the entire Dept. 56 series from several years ago and there was no castle. I can't wait, however, to see this X-Mas castle. Will be there in 4 weeks.
