How long for Clear Channel cert delivery?

I saw a neat Indian place advertised, on Carrier Drive.

I was thinking of getting the cert, but I don't know how long they take to get there.

I will be in Orlando in 17 days. Is that too short of time?

Normally they arrive in about a week. But the last ones I ordered were from a blowout and after 2 weeks I had not received them. I contacted cc and they were going to air express them for next day as we were leaving that day, but air express does not deliver to my rural address so they cancelled my order and refunded my money.
