I finally got around to uploading the pics from our trip in June. We stayed in the Grand Villa section 6 nights and the Best Western in Downtown Disney for 1 night. There is already so much info on these places on here already, but if you have questions, feel free to ask.

hopefully that works, if not, let me know.

They are GREAT pics! Thank you so much.
We will be staying there beginning of Sept. and my family enjoyed looking at where we will be. I think we are going to be VERY happy. :teeth:

I'm glad you guys like the pictures, I know right before we left I was so anxious to see what the place looked like. I think everyone going there soon will enjoy it too.
They do have a dishwasher and washer and dryer (it's a stackable unit in it's own closet).

Thank you so much for posting your pictures. They're the best ones I've seen so far. I was looking into a new place to vacation, and I wasn't sure, but now that I've seen your pictures, I'm definitely going to CP. I'm so glad I stumbled across your post. Thanks so much!

If you do a search on here, you'll find all kinds of info on this place. It really is a nice place to stay.

I have noticed that the rates were very very reasonable. I was wondering if anyone knows why? I looked at the pix and the place looks great. Is a tour necessary?? I noticed a couple of weeks ago that they were offering a 3 bdrm for 85? How can that be?? Or is it just Cypress Point not the Grande Villas?

We booked through hotel kingdom and were not required to do a tour. The grand villas section is newer and a little more expensive, but even the prices for those units are a great deal. I know they have been doing renovations on some (maybe all?) of the units. I'm not sure why it's offered for such a great deal, but I'm not complaining, lol.

Can anyone tellme if the CPGV are near Calypso Cay(Amerisuites/Country Inn)? I am just trying to get my bearings. If it is, we have stayed in that area and liked it. Thanks for any help/

Actually, no, the CPGV are in the Downtown Disney area, just off of Apopka-Vineland Rd. (435? at that point) a few blocks north of the entrance to DTD. We stayed in CP (not the grande villas section) last year and really liked that area.

Wow, would you mind sharing with us where you found this rate and for time of the year?
Thank you
