Anyone do GF tea solo or with 6 yo?

I loved the tea at the GF and want to go this October. My mom joined us on our last trip so I had a partner. This year me Dh DS 6 and DD 2 will be going. I don't want to go alone. My mom suggested I bring m DS. He's a typical 6 yo and I'm not sure if he would like the quiet atmosphere. So what are your suggestions?

If he isn't good at sitting for an hour or more..I would just go alone. When in October are you going..maybe there is another single traveler that would like company at the tea.

Doesn your hubby not enjoy tea/port/champagne and the wonderful treats that come with it. My hubby loved it..he can't wait to go back again.

I so enjoyed the tea in December with both my 11 and 6 year old boys. When you say typical, I'm not sure what you mean but mine are used to sitting quietly for long periods of time and are not overly active in restaurants. They also enjoy having "tea" with me at home so you might consider giving it a trial run (brushing up on the manners and all) and see if it goes well.
