I really like my membership. I dont buy the ph's because we have PAP's but I love the merchandise cards and the restuarant cards. They are a good deal. You pay $25 for a $25 card but they give you a $5 rebate back per card. And when you combine this savings with coupons its even better.

Duh, your post does say PHP on it! Sorry! But, one more question, how about tax and shipping? I'm trying to figure out if the price is better than Ticketmania's 6 day PHP @ $300 with tax included and free shipping.

When ordering, if you order a 50.00 target gift card for example you should save 10.00 My question is do they only charge you 40.00 or how do you get your 10.00 back?

If your order 2 $25 Target gift cards they charge your cc $50 and mail them to you. Then, usually in the next billing cycle your $10 is credited back to your card. In some cases it could be the second month depending on when you ordered and your cc billing cycle.
