Hosted London Eye flight - do I tip?

Hi again!!

I decided to book a hosted flight on the Eye our first full day in London. After reading on other boards about the tipping/non-tipping fiascos - thought I'd ask you all on this board your thoughts. Should I tip our host after the flight and if so, how much do you suggest?

Does anyone know if the picture taken of you in the pod on the way down is expensive?

I didn't have a host on the trip I took on New Years Eve day. I believe the picture is 2 for 10 pds. Make sure you're looking at the camera or it's a waste of money!
