Well, I just booked a quick trip to Universal for me and my hubby over Labor Day. Actually, we will arrive on Wednesday (9-1) for four nights. My husband has not stayed at RPR and I think he will like it.
Could have had an Ent. rate of $119 for first two nights, which went up to $152 for Friday and Saturday for a standard view room. Since I'm Loews Gold, I decided to go with the AAA rate of $151 for all four nights and they upgraded us to waterview. We will get our perks and I am going to ask about an upgrade to Club when we check in. Maybe they will offer us something reasonable.
Anyway, just wanted to share. It's always fun to do something spontaneously. Couldn't pass up the good airfare from Detroit.
