Convenient grocery stop on way from USF to WDW?

I'm going to escort my sister and her boys from HRH to her check in at BWV (we convinced them to join us at HRH the day before their check-in :teeth: ) - anyone have any recommendations for an easy grocery stop we can make along the way on a Sunday morning? The only grocery stop I've made before was at WinnDixie going from the airport to WDW - I'm clueless about stores between USF and WDW! :confused: :smooth:

Go out to Kirkman road, go left (north) to Conroy Road, and it's in the North West corner of the intersection. It's about 1 mile away, not far at all.

Or, you can visit this one just west of I-4

This is one exit South of USF. You can access Sand Lake Road from I-Drive, or I-4. It's 1 block to the west on the South side of the road.

Thanks robvia! - that looks good - my DH said he found a super walmart when he was sent out searching for diapers for our granddaughter last trip - is there any advantage to that store and do you know where he was (he doesn't! ;) ) - or is the Publix a nicer store? TIA!

The Publix is closer, only 1 mile to the north.
They also have a deli, where you can order subs, and put them in your cooler for lunch. That would save you some money.

It's a couple miles north of the Pulbix. Bring up maps.yahoo.com and type in that address. Now click on the down arrow to make the map move to the south. Keep going, and eventually you'll see Major blvd, that's USF. It's good to print the Yahoo maps and get an idea of the area.

Also as an FYI, there have been a few incidents at the Kirkman SuperWalmart lately - robberies w/injuries in the parking lot. I would avoid that store, especially after dark.
