I lost 3 lbs. this week

i haven't been home and couldn't begin to catch up on the last thread -- you all are AWESOME! I just WI after about 10 days of eating like i'm a kid again; and I have 9 lbs to lose to hit my goal. ok -- I have been there and am DETERMINED to get there again! and stay there! onward and downward and thanks for all the inspirations!!
