Sheree - great minds think alike! I did Firm super body sculpt (upper and lower body) this morning and I'll be doing the ab portion this evening.

30 minute jog on treadmill
20 minutes lower body workout total gym
20 minute upper body workout total gym
and 15 minutes working on the abs

I did weights and 20 minutes on stationery bike. My ankle has been hurting ever since my 5 miles run/walk last Friday so I'm trying to rest it without giving up on exersize.

Yippee! I was out of town (on sister's weekend). While I didn't exercise Fri-Mon, I also didn't indulge! So, got home, walked 3 miles this morning!
Anyone else?......................

I walked for an hour and did 30 minutes of weights and the exercise ball. :)
Let's keep it moving, next!

I did Denise Austin's Lite & Fit and Daily Workout.
Its amazing how much better I feel after I finish exercising.

Today DH & I went to the water park at Silver Springs. We spent the day doing water slides (& climbing a lot of stairs to get to them!), swimming in the wave pool, & walking around the nature park side of Silver Springs. Webray, yes, I can say tired.....!!

I did 40 minutes on my Treadmill this morning and I just finished Firm Total Sculpt. :)
