Question about bidding on Priceline

I tried using Priceline today for the first time for a hotel room. My bid was too low and wasn't accepted. My question is, how can I try it again with a higher bid? It says in order to retry I have to change one of the three checked things. Those three things are the date, the city, and the quality of the hotel - all things I can't change!

I signed all the way out and back in and tried a new bid, with the three above mentioned things the same and a higher bid. It said "sorry we can't process your bid because you didn't change one of the three things." Surely there is a way to bid higher for the same place and dates.

Any Priceline experts have any advice? Thanks.
