Best Time & Day to book PS's

I am not interested in the high demand bookings(CRT etc).

What is the best time of day and day of the week to make your PS reservations.
Trying to reduce wait time (hold) when calling Central Reservations

I have called at different times of the day, of course, early morning is the worst, if you call right at 7 am. I had little to no wait around 11 am and in the early evening. Also, one day I called about 1:30 and didn't wait at all.

I've had good luck at about 7:30 a.m. I think the rush is gone, and I've never had a problem getting the PSs I've wanted (never tried for CRT !). I have to call before I leave for work in the morning, otherwise I have no chance of getting to a phone until early to late evening.

I've calledd several times to change, or add PS - and I've never had to wait, I thought for sure I would have to wait on a Saturday morning, but I didnt!!
