Comfort Inn Lake Buenua Vista??

First visit to WDW in 21 years. Have booked accomodation at Comfort Inn Lake Buena Vista Dec 20 - Dec 23 ($36 US/nt incl. cont. breakfast and shuttle) and was wondering if anyone could offer opinions on this hotel?? Could anyone recommend a particular area of the hotel for a nice room or even a room number? How does the shuttle work to get to MK and AK in the morning? How warm is the pool in December? ANY suggestions/information would be greatly appreciated.

I STAYED AT THIS HOTEL 2 YEARS AGO, WE WERE ON THE THIRD FLOOR, THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE INDOOR CORRIDORS AND WE WERE FACING THE HWY. THE ROOMS WERE LARGE AND VERY CLEAN INCLUDING THE BATHROOM, THE ROOM ALSO COME WITH A MICROFRIDGE, THERE'S TRANSPORTATION TO WDW, UNIVERSAL AND THE NEARBY OUTLET, FOR THE PRICE I THINK IT'S A VERY GOOD HOTEL. THEIR WEBSITE HAS A BUS SCHEDULE.
