Anyone know which Diet sodas are sweetened with SPLENDA? All of the artificial sweeteners give me migraines so my doctor suggested I try the ones with Splenda instead.

I am a Pepsi addict. Do they have a Splenda sweetened Pepsi??

Thanks!

Diet Rite is a wonderful soda sweetened with Splenda. There are several different varieties of it as well: Cola, White Grape, Red Raspberry (my favorite), tangerine, and black cherry. The black cherry is really hard to find though. They used to have a yummy Kiwi Strawberry kind which we can't find anymore. I'm not sure about the Pepsi thing with Splenda. I don't think Pepsi Edge is sweetened with Splenda, I guess it still has regular sugar in it too though. Try Diet Rite Cola.

Diet Hansen's sodas use Splenda as a sweetener. I'm not sure how they taste (I gave up soda on January 1st) but everyone I know who has tried them really enjoy the Diet Hansen's.

Pepsi and coke haven't figured out the whole splenda thing yet..I sure wish they would hurry up.

Also, for another option..try AZ low carb ice teas..in apple/cranberry or blueberry. They are excellent and a great substitute for diet pop.

I also pick up cases of san pelligrino sparkling water at costco..another great substitute for the fizz in pop.

I have the same migraine issue.

Both Pepsi Edge and C2 (Coke's version) have some SPlenda, but not all. The C2 is pretty good, but still has about half teh carbs of regular.

Thanks for all of the replies. I'll check out the ones you guys mentioned!

Now if only I could give up this "Pepsi a day" habit. I figure it is my only vice... LOL

They were giving out samples of the new "lower carb" Pepsi at the supermarket yesterday. It still has some sugar, and I think the carbs were about 13 per can. Better than regular Pepsi, but still too much for a low carb diet unless it's just an occasional treat. The lady giving out the samples is a diabetic, and she says they're O.K. for her because she can't have other artificial sweeteners.

Diet RC also uses Splenda. I buy it for DH who needs his caffeine fix. Diet Rite is caffeine free.

MCM - Have you tried the diet caffeine-free versions? I ask because I know a couple of people who also used to get migranes and thought they were caused by the sweeteners, but turns out that the caffeine was the culprit.
