Did anyone ever hear from FunBug about getting the money due on our FunBug cards? I only had about $20, but would like to know how to get it. They were supposed to send an email telling me how to do this, but I never received it.

This is from the email that I received. I had to send them the form twice and email them once but I did get my credit.
Please follow these steps to re-activate your funCard account:
(1) Click on this link to retrieve the re-activation form:
<A HREF="http://www.funbug.com/funcard/reactivation.pdf">
http://www.funbug.com/funcard/reactivation.pdf
</A>
(2) Fill out the form and fax it, along with a valid government issued ID such as a Drivers License (only legible faxed copies of ID are accepted), to CardEx at: (949) 727-2076
(3) Once CardEx receives and verifies your information, CardEx will re-activate your funCard account the following Business Day.
You will NOT be asked for your social security number. CardEx only needs this information from you to avoid continued fraud within the funCard system. If
you have any further questions, please contact CardEx Customer Service at CS@CardEx.com or call (800) 765-2991.

Just an FYI when I faxed a copy of my driver's license I covered up the last 4 digits (they need to verify your address etc I don't think they need the whole number) and they accepted that.

Thanks for the help with my FunBug question! However, I never received a physical card, just had the money in my account. It looks like faxing the form in reinstates a card, not just an account. I'm going to try anyway. If is doesn't work, I'm only out the cost of sending the fax.
