Has anyone ever used the concierge services to book your town car/limo service? We rec'd our itinerary questionnaire and it asked if we would like the planning office to do this for us. If you've used them to book for you were you happy w/the service and how much were you quoted? We are thinking of a limo - 5 of us total.

I thought it was great to have the option of having the IPO arrange airport-resort transportation. I filled out our itinerary to request this service, but wanted them to confirm the price, just in case it's excessive. I think I will still check some websites like Tiffany and Orlando Airport Transportation and see what the going rate is.

Does anyone know how much IPO charges for limo or towncar pickup and delivery?

I checked a couple of companies and their prices.

FL Tours has towncars for up to four passengers and vans for 5 or more. Round trip from airport to most Disney resorts is $120. There is a $5 discount coupon available on their website.

Tiffany has towncars, limos and vans. Rountrip from airport to Disney by van is $110. They also have a $5 coupon on their website.

So if Disney price is much higher than this, I will cancel and book on my own. We did use Tiffany on our last trip and it worked out fine. We were met at the airport baggage area by the driver, but we had to wait almost half an hour outside the airport while she when to retrieve the car from the parking lot. They didn't seem to have a loading zone where the vehicle was ready and waiting as soon as we exited the airport. Not sure if this is the same for all transportation services.

The concierge booked a Towncar service for me in October. They said it was with Elegant Limo. I looked at the boards and can't find anything on this company. I even searched the web and couldn't find anything. Now I'm getting a little nervous. Although, at least if the concierge books it, you can call them if something goes wrong.

If anybody has had any experience with the concierge booking a Towncar service, I would also like to know.

Thanks
