I thought I read that someone got the AS for $59/nt at the end of April. Is this Ap rate? Or something else???

I got a rate of $59 for the all-stars for May 17-21. It was called a direct mail special. There was no code and no special state you had to be from. The CM told me it was good mid April to 5/23.
