2 days with Boyfriend... What to do

This will be my 9th trip to disney but my BF's first time. We only have 2 days and want to relax a little not just run around crazy. What are somethings you would suggest we do with only 2 days (he is not a tower of terror/ space mountian type ride fan)

Lots of stuff!!
- Resort hop - travel around to see the different resorts
- lay by the pool or take a boat out
- see La Nouba
- shop at Downtown Disney
- stroll the Boardwalk in the evening
- visit the World Showcase at Epcot, stopping in every country for a drink or a treat (also see the panoramic movies!)
- get a couple's massage at the Grand Floridian
- eat at the California Grill during the MK fireworks
- watch Illuminations from a country in Epcot

Go to JellyRolls at Boardwalk... lots of fun!!!!
Watch Wishes from the top of the Contemporary (very romantic!)
Choose the must see attractions for your favorite parks... to give him a taste of Disney without it being overwhelming.

Well I know my BF is looking forward to checking out DisneyQuest in case your boyfriend is interested in gaming.
