Birthday breakfast at CRT

Our friends might join us for breakfast at CRT. It's her birthday and this is my treat for her and her daughter. Does CRT do anything special? Our dd's will be there in their princess costumes.

Can my dh get a birthday button for her, or does she have to be there?

We celebrated my DD's 6th bday there last year. She had a decorated table (streamers and confetti), got a signed certificate and also a HUGE chocolate cupcake. Fun, but it was such a rushed atmosphere.
