If it rains at seabreeze, do they have an indoor location or do they consider the pavillion to be covered enough?

I was told in case of incliment weather, weddings at SBP are moved indoors at BW. When I went scouting in May, BW CMs told me they believe the weddings falling under these circumstances are put in one of the ballrooms. I am wondering if extreme cold is also considered incliment, since we are getting married in December.
