Taking own boat to HH

I'm trying to persuade my friend who lives in FL with her charter boat captain husband to use some of our points at HH for either a romantic getaway (G-ma lives in NC, so drop the kids off there) or a family getaway.

I know hubby would like to fish, but he's certainly not going to pay anyone when he has his own boat.

Is there a public landing on HH?

if a members is using their points at HH, you can have a boat docked in the marina right there by the resort for free, but there is no electric or water hook up.

we were thinking of doing this when dfil reaches HH during his "the great loop trip". he said he would just his generator during his stay at HH.

im not sure what the marina charges otherwise.
