Based upon our vacation plans below, would you pay the extra money for a kids suite at HRH or just do a standard room? Thanks in advance for your help!
We are:
--Family of five -- three boys, 11, 10 & 8
--Flying in from Phoenix and arriving at the airport at 7:30 - going immediately to HRH on a Tuesday night.
--Spending Wednesday at IOA - no other plans.
--Thursday we leave at 9:30 for Port Canaveral for DCL.
--We currently have a $117 rate at HRH, standard room.
I've heard it can be difficult to get a roll-away bed as well. Anyone else have this experience? THANK YOU!

Hi!
We always get a kidsuite when we go but we're there for 5-6 nights and our kids go to bed at 8pm. With 3 boys, on vacation, I'm sure yours don't go to sleep that early!
I'm not sure if it's worth the extra $ for only 2 nights.

I get a suite everywhere I go EXCEPT the Hard Rock. Why? Because, for me, the beauty of the HRH is the proximity to the park. That's where I spend most of my time.
In contrast, I spend ALOT of time in the hotel when I'm at Disney. I have to have my space.
I guess, in your case, it would depend on how you value your space. Is it worth it to you?

Thanks for the tips!
I'm going to stick with our room. We, too, normally get a suite but decided because we are only there two nights that we should just get the regular room. Then came the second thoughts - "well, what if the suite is worth it..." And on goes the cycle.
Thanks a billion!
How much extra is the kids suite???

Rack rate is around $350 at the HRH, $400+ at PBH.

What about a deluxe room? The e-rate on that is $149 and I think it has 2 queen beds plus a day bed. Should sleep five easily.

The deluxe room - WOW! I didn't even know about those! I'll have to check it out.
Thanks so much!

One correction to my post. I believe the bed size is double not queen.
