How to book Yachtsman

I am planning a Yachtsman dinner for my 12 guests after our intimate wedding at Seabreeze point. My question is should I book through FTW or should I just call up the restaurant. I have heard that sometimes it is better to book through the restaurant, but I am not sure. Thanks!

Just thought-If I do it through Yachtsman, will they do the little wedding menus?

We booked our reservations straight through Yachtsmen Steakhouse, all you have to do is call the main line for the restaurant then tell them that you're going to have your wedding dinner there and you'd like to speak to someone about customizing your menu. If your EM books it she will take care of the PS but she won't handle the custom menu, that's why we just decided to do it ourselves..........we couldn't have been happier with the results, the food was fantastic, the menu's were great and everyone loved the atmosphere.

My EM put me in contact with the Yachtsman and we went on from there. They will do custom menus for you and if you want to eliminate items from the menu it's no problem. We removed 2 items and had the menu printed with no prices. The table was very nice, set for 12 and we had a wire carriage with flowers for a centerpiece (ordered through the EM, rented from Disney floral).
