How do I find out what e-nites MK will offer

That information is not available yet. But you can check out this page - DIS E-Ticket Page (http://www.wdwinfo.com/wdwinfo/eticket.htm). It will list the "historical dates" for July and it will least the "official" dates once they are released in May or June. Hope that this helps...
