Has anyone done the My Disney Girl's Perfectly Princess Tea Party?? We'll be there in October with several neighbors. We all have daughters who love the princesses. I'm trying to figure out why this particular event is so pricey. It's $200 for one adult/one child. I know they get a doll and stuff. Are they one on one with Princess Aurora or is it a group thing?? Why so expensive and if anyone has done it, was it worth it. Thanks in advance!!

I read that the food was just ok, salmon sandwiches, egg and chicken salad sandwiches for the adults. I know you are not going for the food but for $200+ I don't want to leave hungry. I just cancelled ours today. I will buy her the doll instead. She spent so much time with Aurora in the winter when we were there that I just can't justify it if the food is not up to snuff.

I am doing it August 29th and will let you know. It is expensive...the doll, bracelet, crown, scrapbook page etc probably comes to about 75-100 in stuff. I hear from people who have done this that it is the experience. It is very personal because there are only 38 seats per day with half of those seats being the "mom's". Aurora spends more personal time with each child. The signer/storyteller is supposed to be really great. Again I am uncertain about this, but still I am going for it. I am pretty picky, yet I have never been disappointed at Disney. I hope that trend continues!!

I just did this with my daughter and it was the highlight in a trip full of big moments. The whole experience was magical from start to finish. I spent much of the party misty-eyed. My daughter was enthralled the whole time. I agree the food was mediocre, although beautifully presented. But, don't go to this tea party for the food. Go for the magical moments shared with your little princess. They will stay with you forever!
