Flame Tree BBQ seasonally? Aug???

I thought I asked this question , but looking back, I didn't..oh well. It says in my guide that the Flame Tree BBQ in Animal kingdom is open seasonally...hmmm we will be there in Aug 14-23 do you think that they will be open? We really wanted to try this for a lunch. I have already called and made our PS I should have asked then but I forgot.

It was open during our last Aug trip and we plan on eating there this Aug.

I used the AK lunch voucher and found it to be a good deal. I love the barbqued pulled pork sandwich.

If I'm not mistaken, this is a fast-food counter service place. They serve barbequed ribs, etc. Buy the special with ice cream and bottled water! You walk up and walk away; there is no Priority Seating. There are nice places to sit down by the river to which you may carry your food. There may be views of Expedition: Everest. August is the high season so it should be open if the crowds are there. :sunny:

obviously i am 1/2 blind...where exactly is it? ( guessing Asia ) can you narrow it down more, I remember a bus like food place but that is all from there. thanks
