My husband would like to know of any quiet places in both WDW and Universal to make a few business calls while we are on vacation. Any help would be appreciated.

I know there's a business center at the Boardwalk. It's a room with some computers, and perhaps some telephones, geared for business. Perhaps also at other places that attract convention? Yacht Club? CSR?

Going to the room is an obvious solution however, when you are at theme park it is not a practical solution.

There are usually quiet places in the park where there are not others that you will disturb with your phone call. For example, in the MK, you could easily call from Tom Sawyer island or by the bathrooms in Tomorrowland. Those are always relatively quiet.
Last trip, I had to make a couple of phone calls home (missed birthdays and graduations) and I was able to do so from MGM sitting outside a store and from Epcot on a bench in the World Showcase.
Really, its not tough to find a quiet spot where a quick phone call can take place.

While we were at the Magic Kingdom I had to make a phone call to my doctor. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to hear her at all but, I went right in front of the first aid center near the Crystal Palace and I was able to hear fine. There is a walkway there so there is plenty of room and it is fairly quiet there.
