Duelling dragons line question

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help me. I've been on DD before but absolutely hated the line up area - felt rather claustrophic. Loved the ride but didn't go again only because of the line. On our upcoming trip we are staying on site. Does FOTL mean I get to miss the line area? If not does anyone know of any other way to miss it? I'd love to do this coaster again but this time I will alone (doing baby swap with dh). Last time I was with dh and a friend and still hated the line area.
I have never had a problem with any other lines - just this one. I'm hoping the Mummy won't be the same.

With Express you miss most of the Queue area. You enter through the exit and enter the building just before you have to choose between Fire and ICE. You are then in the loading area for the coasters. Hope this Helps.

As you face DD, the path to the express entrance is to the left. As stated, you go in the exit and miss most of the line. I felt the same way you did when I went through the entire castle.

I love the DD queue line!

Last month, I took my wife (who hates coasters) through it late at night when things were very slow, just to enjoy the themeing. That's something I'd encourage others to do, even if they don't want to ride. It's esy to bail out at the loading platform.
