Good morning everyone!

I was up early and did Firm super body sculpt (ab only) work out this morning. It was intense but very short. I'm going to do the regular Fim BSS1 ab sculpt work out later today. I think Sundays will be intense ab work day for me.

Anyway, I hope all my DIS buddies get a chance to exercise today. So who's next?

YEAH! Today's my rest day!

(although I may go splash around the swimming pool this evening...but don't worry, I won't overdo it ;) )

I did my first 50 min walk yesterday and survived, even went for a short walk (stroll really) before dinner with my friend and her puppy dog.

I got in 65 minutes today. WooHoo for me! ;) I did the 2 mile WATP tape, and the Firm Up Fast tape.

Pedometer is only on 3,700 tho. How in the WORLD do people get 10,000 steps a day? :earseek:
