I ordered mine two weeks ago and it had a date under the logo for 8/22/04 and the points were pending. Then, two days ago, that disappeared and the points were gone. But, I haven't received an email yet. Do you know who I should contact? Webcertificates?

I haven't received mine yet, either. It's been about two weeks. It still says pending.

Oh, well. I'll give it a little longer before I call. We don't go to WDW until October (will it ever get here?!)
