kept track of my food intake (ate lowfat but more snacks than usual), walked my steps - took a few hikes while we were away (Flume, Lost River, around the hotel, etc)
got on the scale last night when we arrived home and the scale didnt move!
I got back out to the circle right after I unloaded the car - ok it was only a 15min walk, this morn will be longer

Well done ~ It is so hard to stay on track on vacation and even harder to get back on track after a vacation.

Vacation does not have to be a weight gain. If you've adjusted your eating habit (i.e. adopted a new way of eating) rather than "dieting", a vacation is just another part of your healthy lifestyle. Congratulations on NO GAIN!
