I did. I did the firm Body Sculpt. What a great workout.

i did -- i did 35 mins light strength training with Leslie in her Walk the Walk video and then 20 mins of yoga with my QuickFix DVD.
today is a scheduled light day but i'm glad I did something!

Me too! I exercised. It was Firm super body sculpt (upper and lower). One of these days I'll get that ab part in!

I did the Leslie walk off the Lbs with upperbody for 30 minutes....
This was great for me since I don't think I have really excercised in over a year !! I will have to check out the Firm that you guys all are talking about but this is the one I had on hand !

DH and I did our AM and PM walkls--total 5+ miles. Plus, I did my pilates/yoga tape--can't believe how quick you work up a sweat doing pilates!

We arrived back home about 730 last night from our 5day vaca.
I was out there walking for 15mins as soon as the car was unpacked. This morns walk will be longer - want to get right back on schedule

I did upper body weights and run/walk on the treadmill.
I've been having trouble with my ankle so today I will probably do the recomb. bike instead of the treadmill.
Did not get home until 10pm last night. But I managed to do 15 minutes on the bike.

oops I forgot about the 10 leg lifts & 20 crunches in the morning I did thats sounds so much better
