Hope all of my fellow WISHers have had a wonderful week full of successes! I have enjoyed so much seeing all of your posts each week. I love seeing how everyone is doing! You all inspire me with your stories. When we are having good weeks, bad weeks or somewhere in between it is the support of WISH that really helps us to stay on track! ::yes:: So tell us - how did you do.

I unfortunately have to report a .6 pound gain this week. :eek: Too bad I can't say I have no idea why. :teeth: Lets just say a few too many chocolates and I'm just thrilled it's not worse than that as I really have done poorly with the exercise this week on top of eating things I shouldn't. This week will be much better I hope!!

Don't forget to drink that water!! :drinking:

I had a 2.8 loss this week. I was hoping for maintenance, and when I hope for maintenance, and have that much of a loss - it's usually followed by a serious gain. Oh well. I've been keeping it under 190 for a year, I'll just keep going! :)

This has been my first full week of WISHing. I've lost 3 pounds and it seems like I've lost inches but I finally took my measurements today - so I'll have something to go by from now on. I've been exercising every day and have been watching what I've been eating. I finally finished the SBD book and I'm going to try to stick with that diet but I'm starting with Phase 2 (you can read more 'bout that in my journal).

Baby steps to my goal!!

I lost 3.5 pounds this week for a total of 6 pounds lost! Funny though, when I weighed myself yesterday, I was actually down 7.5 pounds total, so I gained 1.5 overnight! I think I know why though, while I didn't eat any unallowed carbs, I think I ate more fatty foods than I should have yesterday (I'm supposed to be doing low fat too).

Oh well, still a net loss, and I'm going to be more careful of those too fatty foods!

After being up all week I'm proud to report a .6 loss which gives me my 5 lb. clippie back! Between my bithday and the 4th both being last week I did not do a good job staying OP, but now I'm extra motivated to stick to it this week!

I lost 3 pounds this week which is very exciting for me. This brings my total weight loss to 68 pounds! I'm part of the stay off the scale challenge for the month of July so I won't be weighing in until August 4 but I hope all my WISH friends have nice losses over the next couple of weeks!

I had a surprising 1.5 lb loss, for a WISH total of 49 lbs! :earseek: (1 more to go for a new clippie!);)

Exercising and water MUST be the link to my continuing to lose weight.

I do WW online, so the WISH board is my 24/7 meeting. ;)

I stayed the same this week. I think I'm retaining a little water for whatever reason so I probably am down a bit. So hopefully next week I will be down a bit more. The next 2 1/2 weeks are very busy as I am getting ready to teach at vacation bible school. I hope I can stay OP. :D
