Airline tickets and priceline????

Has anyone used priceline for air tickets to anywhere besides Orlando? We will be traveling to Peoria, Illinois form Oklahoma City.

Does anyone know the web site that has advice on using priceline?

I've heard of many success stories, but also as many (or more) horror stories.

I'd recommend reading over http://www.consumeraffairs.com/travel/priceline_complaints.htm particularly the "insider's view" response from a priceline customer service rep.

I've had great results with priceline. I flew New York to London last weelk for $250 plus tax round trip on priceline (Virgin Atlantic). The web price was $658 plus tax, so I was thrilled.
