Help - lost tickets

Can anyone advise me on lost DLP passes? We have bought 3 passess and put them with some other paperwork but now we can't find them. We have searched everywhere but can't find them.

Does anyone know if we can cancel them if we quote an order ref. number or something and get new ones sent out? I would expect some kind of admin fee but that's ok in the scheme of things.

We also think we are covered by our credit card but all the helplines are closed at the moment so we can't be sure.

Just incase anyone else has this 'minor' problem - we did contact Disney. They were very helpful and cancelled the original ones and we will collect new ones when we arrive.

They still haven't turned up despite 'sod's law' where they usually would appear as soon as they were cancelled!
