Is July 23-26 a good time to go, or too crowded?

I just booked 3 nights at AP rates for the GC for July 23. $209, $209 and $169. Is this a good time to go or will the crowds be awful? Is the weather any cooler in July than at the end of August? Thanks for your advice!

It's crowded anytime during the summer. It might be cooler in July than at the end of August, but I can't say for sure.
