How long for RFC from Mypoints?

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a RainForest Cafe gift certificate from My Points? I usually get my certificates from My points pretty quickly but it's still "pending processing" while all my other certificates that I ordered are already processed and on their way. We're going to Vegas in a month and I just ordered it last week. And do they have an expiry date?

Hi!
My RFC certificate came pretty quickly! I ordered it on a Monday and got it the
following Wednesday. (9 days later, basically) My order was placed end of April,
maybe things are a little busier, with vacation season upon us! As far as the
expiration date, I don't recall there being one, but I could be wrong!

I ordered mine on June 17th and they are still processing it! I called and spoke with someone who said that everything was fine, but I am a bit frustrated since it's taken them so long to process my order. They seem to be extremely busy, and so the representative I spoke with said that if by August 1st my gift certificate had not arrived, they would recredit me my points. I was hoping to get mine before our trip at the end of July, but it does not look like this is going to happen. Also, if anyone is having problems with My Points, don't bother emailing them. It takes them weeks to months to ever respond to emails, and they usually aren't able to provide much assistance. I guess they are just too busy and are not able to keep up with the demands of their service. I am being patient though, because I am receiving something for free, and for this I am truly grateful!

I have been waiting for a Red Lobster gc from MyPoints since April 11! I've sent repeated emails, some of which were answered. The latest one said they had tried to send it twice already, and I was asked to give another address for them to send it to. Did that (tho, I have NO idea why they needed a new address as my profile address sure works for all my other mail!) and now, 10 days later, still no gc.

I had given up on MyPoints, and cashed out on 7/4 for an Applebee's gc, and guess what - I got that one today! Only 6 day wait total!

Don't know what the problem is. Very frustrating, indeed.

After 4.5 weeks to process my gc, My Points finally shipped my Rainforest Cafe gc yesterday! It is less than 2 weeks until our trip, and so I am really hoping to receive it in time so DH and I can use it at Downtown Disney restaurant. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it arrives quickly, even though I live in Canada. So to everyone that has been waiting for My Points certificates, just be patient because they do eventually get shipped!

I just received a reply to my email from My Points after 4 weeks. They assured me that the gc did ship on July 11th, and explained that they ran out of Rainforest Cafe gc's, and because of the delay, they have credited my account with 200 points! What a nice surprise! I am now hoping for a quick delivery to Canada before my trip which is in 12 days!

I got it in today's mail! And two weeks before our trip. Now we have one free meal taken care of..... thanks guys.
I must say that my luck with Mypoints has been great. I am sure that I have cashed out (along with DH) at least $400 worth of stuff.:pinkbounc :pinkbounc

My Rainforest Cafe GC from My Points finally arrived in the mail today - and it only took 7 days to arrive in Canada! I am so excited because this is my first reward, and although it took over 5 weeks to arrive (they ran out of gc's), it was well worth it! We arrive in Orlando on Wednesday, and now we have a $25.00 gc to spend!
