Exit the Greeneway at World Center Drive, S.R.536, at exit 6. Go west about 3/4 mile to Apopka Vineland Road, S.R. 535. Turn left and go south on Apopka Vineland Road about 2 miles and there is a Publix on the left side at the intersection of US 192.

A better link to get the driving directions to Disney resorts that include grocery stops is http://allearsnet.com/pl/directions.php

I'd recommend going to the Publix near the Gaylord Palms instead.
Take 417 to Osceola Parkway. Take a right onto the Osceola Parkway. At the next intersection, you'll see the Gaylord Palms. Take a Left. Publix will be 1/2mi down the road, under the bridge and to the left. Head back to the Gaylord Palms, and take a Left to head towards Disney. The Osceola Parkway archway entrance will be less than a mile.

I agree - I find this one to be very convenient, especially if you're staying at Pop Century, Caribbean Beach, or any of the resorts in the Animal Kingdom Area. It's almost as convenient if you're at the Epcot resorts or at Port Orleans or OKW.
One addendum to the directions - on Osceola Parkway, you make the turn onto I-Drive *before* you pass the Gaylord Palms. You'll see the place (how could you miss it?) well in advance, but be sure to turn before you pass it.
