Tried to buy 3 of the 5 days for 2 Universal tickets online this morning (the Kiss offer on the Universal site)

The first time it came up as an error and said to reinput my card details - still said card had been declined! I knew that there was plenty available credit on my card.

Rang up the credit card company who said that the transaction had been authorised twice (although not actually debited, as yet)

Has anyone got any advice or a phone number or e-mail address who I could contact at Universal? Wish I hadn't bothered.

The same happened to me. I clicked on purchase and I didn't receive an acknowledgement. I clicked again and it went through. I then got an e-mail confirming 2 bookings.

I did e-mail Universal explaining what had happend and asking them to cancel 1. Before I got a reply to my -email, I received one from Universal querying the duplicate booking. I replied saying it was a mistake and they said they would arrange to credit my card back. They did this within a few days.

You shouldn't have any problem
