Reading about other shoes, I decided to post the ones I bought. This ones are perfect for those that like flip flops (like me, I'm always in flip flops around the parks) but they have more support. They are light and super comfortable. They are sold at Lady Foot Locker, the other day they had them for $15. Unfortunately I bought them at $30, before the sale.

I'll just add that I bought the Land's End sport sandals for myself and DD8. They are so comfortable and they're waterproof. For my DS4, I got a great pair of sneakers in Stride Rite. They look like regular sneakers but they have mesh on top and can be worn without socks and in the water. Best of all, Stride Rite had lots of styles of shoes on sale.

I just got my shoes to start wearing them in for the trip. I got Ecco Fym's in brown leather

They were not cheap, but oh they felt so good on my feet! My husband thought he was going to have to give me a minute alone with my sandals I was so thrilled. As a gal with wide feet that never seem to be comfortable in shoes straight out of the box, these fit like a dream. They hugged my feet so comfortably.
Hubby got a pair of Teva Universal Noamds in brown leather.

He tried the Ecco's, but for his feet they didn't feel as good.
They are good looking sandals, too. We are both pleased.
