Loews Hotel Benefit

What exactly do you get with the Loews Hotel card membership......thing. I've heard so many different things, what are the benefits at HRH?

If you have a Loew's First card (which is free) and book your room through Loew's you can get a discount and also accumulate points to use towards future rooms. YOu also can get frequent flyer miles. You get a chance for an upgrade, and you get to chose an amentiy--cookies and milk, wine, fruit plate, etc.

The website is www.loewshotels.com then you click on to "Loews First" and enroll. You can also get discounts at these hotels if you have an Entertainment card which offers an 50% discount off rack rates. Good luck!

Just a small warning: if you book your hotel at a discounted rate (I used the Universal Fan Club rate at HRH) and then ask for your check-in cookies, wine, etc., you'll be told that the goodies are only if you book at a non-discount rate. I was totally disappointed, and they relented and sent up our cookies and milk anyway and didn't charge us.

we've stayed 4 times at a discounted rate & asked for our bottle of wine, they sent it up every time. I guess it depends on who gets the call.:rolleyes:

Has anybody booked through AAA, and did you get the benefits? The rate is discounted, but not as much as the Entertainment rate.

We booked through AAA. We got our amenity with no problem.

I got my cookies and milk also and I got a discounted rate via hoteldiscounts.com and RhondaS, who posted the picture of the cookies and milk, got hers even though she had the Ent. Rate.
