Got some out of the way. I rode 8 miles on my bike. I actually broke a sweat and had a good aerobic rate for about 20 mins. Would like to do pilates next, but I'm still in a very slow recovery from whatever this virus thing was. Don't want to over do, like I did Tuesday, which put me entirely out of it yesterday. We'll see.

Yep........walked 3 miles today. I woke up with the back of my left thigh really sore, I think I pulled something. Not sure if I'll walk tomorrow, but we'll see.

I went jogging this morning, 3.6 miles in 37 minutes.

ME! ME! I'm next!
i walked my 1 mile today- and brought my blood sugar down from 196 to 84 ! Now those are good results for a 1 mile walk!!!

Bowled 3 games this morning.
Walked to the pool this afternoon. Lap swam 1/4 mile, then fun swam for about 45 min incl strength exercises with a pool noodle for resistance.
Also walked around Wal-Mart for 3 hrs! :earseek:
My bank account will really feel that walk! But the good news from that shopping trip is that for the first time in I don't know how long I actually bought clothes in a SIZE 12! At this start of my WISH experience I was bursting out of a 22. I really believe that all the walking I've been doing has played a HUGE part in the size reduction because for the first time in my life, my size on the bottom is smaller than on the top. Guess that means it's time to pick up on the upper body exercises.

Thirty minutes on the Treadmill. (Jogged for 6 of those minutes.)

Today I walked for 55 minutes and stretched for 5. I think it was about 3 miles need to measure the route I take to walk to the track. still time to post your exercise---

I did the 2 mile WATP for Abs today. I did also walk the mall for about 1-1/2 hours, while DD was at a playdate. Nothing big.
