Hi!

My husband and I were curious if Citricos would be a good place for our anniversary dinner. I've never eaten there before and wasn't sure if it was too casual. We are looking for something a little more upscale than the usual fare. We ate at Cali Grill last time around and are looking for something different.

Also, my husband suprised me with having the Grand Floridian bakery make a replica of the top tier of our wedding cake. We wanted to bring this to the restaurant and have it for desert there. We would probably try and get PS's for 8:30 or later. Do you think they would let us bring the cake (it's very small) with us....would it be appropriate for this restaurant or would we look silly?

Opinions, please!!!

Thanks!

You couldn't have picked a better, more elegant spot than Citricos. It's the best restaurant in WDW, surpassing even California Grill.

I agree 100%!

As far as the wedding cake, have the bakery deliver it to Citricos, and they will take care of bringing it to you for dessert.

Citrico's would be perfect. I picked it for our upcoming anniversary/birthday dinner in Oct.

Citrico's is a wonderful place. Last year (in October) we were able to see the Wishes fireworks from our table. This was our anniversary week and this little perk helped to make the entire week special.

Thanks for all the great replies!! Now I'm excited...everyone seems to love Citricos. :hyper:

Also, my husband called the GF bakery back, and they said they would be happy to deliver it to Citricos for us...even better, now we won't have to worry about anything but eating it! Yummy! :cake:
