HRH Club Level Question

I have a HRH club room booked for Sept. If I want to try for a deluxe club level room is that considered an upgrade? Do I need to make a request on my reservation in order to get one? Does anyone have a suggestion for a good room?

You cannot book a deluxe room on club level ahead of time. I don't know why.....that's just the way it is. You can however request one when you check it but it's on a first come first serve basis and if they're already occupied, you're out of luck. The deluxe room is not considered an upgrade. A King Suite (very nice) would be an upgrade. The King Suite have a king bed though, no queens.

Call the front desk and make your request with a desk manager, not thru reservations, prior to arrival. I did this and it worked. Probably wirth a try.
